Malabar Dog Retreat is owned and run by Kate and Adam, who work from home and live a relaxed, active lifestyle in beautiful Malabar.

Animals have always been a huge part of Kate’s life — she grew up on a farm with an entire menagerie: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, horses, a bull affectionately named Big Mac, and an axolotl named Max. Caring for animals is second nature, and providing a safe, calm, loving space comes naturally.

Together, we offer a boutique home environment where your dog is treated like part of the family. Just 1–2 dogs at a time, cosy corners to rest, coastal walks, gentle routines, and lots of affection.
